I am
Hello, I am Janny. Industrial engineer with diploma, mother of son and daughter, partner, … and much more. Each one is only a small part of my being, my essence. Since my youth, I have been fascinated by people, their relationships, hopes and abysses. During my studies, I focused on innovation, human resource management and business management.
I have always had the need to develop myself further, to learn something new and to see what all becomes possible with it. During my studies, I worked for a management consultancy in Cottbus. My enthusiasm for Design Thinking® I discovered in 2010, had myself certified as a V-I-S-E® professional in 2013, thought through various start-up ideas in 2007 and 2011 and ventured into automation at the BTU Cottbus in 2012. I worked with many partners on various research projects with and without robotics, managed third-party funding from acquisition to accounting, and there were always the questions.
“What about the people? Who sees what they can really do? How can these skills help companies?”
In the summer of 2020, I had the idea for a research project, which was approved in July of the following year, and now, in 2021, I trained as a voice consultant and have since been firmly convinced that there is a lot of potential here to relieve people through the use of voice assistants, telephone bots and the like. In 2022, I took the next step and became a certified coach. All the threads come together.
Of course, not everything always went like clockwork. Personal as well as professional shoals were part of this journey and contribute to the way I am today.
